Growth Manager

We are a fast-growing SaaS company focused on revolutionizing business intelligence, and we are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to join our team. As a fully remote company, we offer the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

As a Growth Manager at our company, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative and data-driven growth strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and execute initiatives that will increase our user base and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and SEO
• Identify and analyze key metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives and optimize performance
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch new features and products that drive growth
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities
• Leverage data and user insights to identify and prioritize growth experiment
• Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive growth

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Growth Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with growth tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Optimizely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, and SEO
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies
• Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a remote and globally distributed team is a plus
