Responsibilities:

• Create tutorial content: Develop comprehensive tutorials to guide customers in effectively using our product's user interface (UI), ensuring maximum value extraction.
• API documentation: Collaborate with mkdocs, Swagger, and Redoc tools to create clear and concise API documentation for seamless integration of our products.
• User behavior analysis: Track user behavior within our application, gain insights, and provide recommendations to improve the product and enhance the user experience.
• Market research: Study similar products in the market, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and provide valuable feedback to our internal teams.
• Scripting and code: Write simple scripts or scaffold code to support product development and enhancement, bridging the gap between product and engineering teams.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong technical background, proficient in API documentation and UI/UX concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting and code development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
