- No. We work only with accredited VA attorneys and agents. If you are a veteran, leave a short message on our homepage and we will refer you to an advocate in our network who can help with your claim.

- Yes. Handwritten notes, faded scans, and mixed formats are read in the form they were produced. That is the ordinary condition of a VA file, not an exception, and nothing has to be retyped or cleaned up first.
- How does it help identify rating increases?
- Each condition gets its own timeline showing how symptoms and treatment progressed, with every entry quoted and cited. Conditions documented in the file but never claimed, and worsening that postdates the last rating, are visible across the docket rather than one case at a time.
