Co-Founders of Superinsight
Superinsight.ai was founded by Luke Connally and Nelson Chu, two individuals whose personal experiences with the healthcare and disability systems inspired them to transform the medical record review process for law firms.
Luke, a military veteran, was injured in a suicide bomb attack during his service in Iraq. His firsthand experience with the challenges of navigating the VA disability claims process revealed significant inefficiencies and delays that prevented veterans from receiving timely support. The frustration and complexity of this system showed him how critical efficient medical record review is for those seeking the benefits they deserve.
Nelson's journey began after a near-death experience that left him in the ICU for three weeks. Following this traumatic event, he was unable to perform daily activities during his recovery period. The overwhelming medical documentation generated during his treatment and the difficulties in organizing this information for various claims and care needs highlighted another aspect of the same problem.
United by their experiences, Luke and Nelson recognized that the challenges they faced were systemic across disability claims, personal injury cases, and medical evaluations. They decided to leverage AI technology to help attorneys and physicians become more productive in processing medical records, ultimately allowing them to assist more people in need.
