- How do I join the expert witness network?
- Create an account with your email address, then upload three files: your CV, your fee schedule, and a W-9. We read them and build your profile for you. Someone on our team reviews every application before a profile can be matched to cases. Already in the network? Sign in with the same email.
- Does it cost anything for an expert to join?
- No. Experts are not charged to join the network or to maintain a profile. Attorneys pay a flat referral fee, and experts bill their own rates for the work they perform.
- How are experts verified?
- Every credential on your profile shows how far it has been checked — from what you told us, to documents reviewed, to confirmed with the licensing board — with the date it was last checked visible alongside. Checking does not stop at approval: credentials are re-checked on a schedule, and a lapsed license or new sanction is flagged.
